Aline was wonderful to work with. She was thorough and knowledgeable about the area and the market and gave wonderful advice on pricing, timelines, etc. She kept in touch without being pushy and was very kind to us. We were selling immediately after the death of our father. We were just about to list with her when we got an acceptable off-market offer from an investor. Even though we did not sell through Aline, I recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.
